Unhappy Q7z Gui for 7z not runing


Hi! everybody

I install Q7z (Qt gui for 7z archiver) from packmans unixheads repo and run okay before now that I run some system updates the programs refuses to run and when I run it in a terminal with the same command from the kmenu it says this:

Any ideas whats wrong? I like this app for 7z archiver. I Run Kde 3.5.10 release 31.1.
