problem of Suse 9.2 installation

I have problem of installing Suse 9.2
I use mini iso for installation, so I choose FTP installation. It is fine but I have problem that in Base installation. The software part has error:
Cannot read package data from installation media. Media error?
Error: No proposal

So I try to copy all download files(in FTP) to harddisk and try to use Harddisk installation mode. The problem still have.

What's the problem?

The installer is not seeing your packages. Are you sure you have it looking in the right place? It's odd that it failed twice for the same reason with two different install methods. Did you check to see if the packages were really there?
