Angry Printing to a Windows printer

Hello, I'm running SuSE 9.1 at work on a LAN that is primarily Windows (Windows domains). The printer is an HP LaserJet 4050N. I'm told by a Windows guy that the printer name is \\ps01\hp-intensive and it does require a username and password (which I have).
So I launched YaST and went into Printers and it didn't detect anything, so for 'Printer Type' I checked 'Print directly to a network printer' (is that correct?) and then 'direct TCP Port printing'.
Next it asked for the connection information, specifically the 'host name of the printer', so I tried entering \\ps01\hp-intensive (and later just hp-intensive) and went with the default TCP port number of 9100.

However no luck! Any advice?

Is there a printer queue on a server for the printer? Direct TCP printing usually implies the printer has a jet-direct card or a built-in print server. For direct printing, try using its ip address and the port it listens on, otherwise, you need to select "Print to an SMB printer" or something like that, depending on the sharing protocol used.

As luck would have it, I just saw a howto that might help. Good luck.
