Please translate this error message for me..

Hi All
I used YaST to download some Win32 codecs and got the following error message:

ERROR(InstTarget:E_RpmDB_subprocess_failed)
---

2006-06-21 20:20:02 w32codec-all-20060611-0.pm.0.i586.rpm install failed
rpm output:
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/lib/codecs: cpio: rename failed - Is a directory

2006-06-21 22:19:23 speex-1.1.12-0.pm.0.i586.rpm installed ok
2006-06-21 22:50:03 w32codec-all-20060611-0.pm.0.i586.rpm install failed
rpm output:
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/lib/codecs: cpio: rename failed - Is a directory

I had the same kind of message when I downloaded Mplayer using Yast, but despite the error message, Mplayer works fine. Can someone please explain in simple terms exactly what went wrong and what I need to do. (I'm learning fast but am still a relative newbie!)
Thanks

There is a problem unpacking the codecs. It seems to be quite commmon, so I suggest you download the package and install it manually.
