Playing wma files ...

I installed SUSE 9.3..and at first amarok and others were not playing wma files..then I installed win32codecs..and libdvdcss..etc to make it play dvd etc...
Then Amarok played wma files..but after I updated my system using YOU...it stopped playing wma files and it plays mp3 files..etc..

Is there any way I can get XMMS or amarok player to play wma files ? Are there better media players for linux ? I am still able to play wma files in MPlayer and Xine..but their interface is not suited for music files...they are for dvd/vcd etc..
