partition question

I've finally decided to give over to the light side so to speak, now that I can control both my linux box and my laptop with the same keyboard and mouse through some belkin product.

Anyway on my linux box I have 2 physical drives, one 115gb drive and one 193gb drive and I want to use both of them for linux.

How do I go about doing this?

Many thanks if you can help.
