Packman and Videolan repositories in SUSE 12.3 -- How to I add these

Hi there
In YAST -- add repositories there's no checkbox for Add community repositories any more on SUSE 12.3

How do I add the PACMAN and VIDEOLAN repositories now.

Thanks

use the yast GUI
kickstart / computer / "install remove software"
-- your root pass when asked in the pop up --

then in the software management GUI
click on
Configuration / Repositories
click "Add"
put a check in "community repos"
then click "next"
then in that LONG list
check "packman"
and click "ok"

Or as One-Click...

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-suse.html

http://opensuse-community.org/Restricted_formats/12.3

These add the vlc and packman repositories and install the packages that allow you to play what you want.

i never liked the "one click"

it is way TOO much like Microsoft "point and click"
the user will never learn anything
( ie " the Microsoft way " )
one NEVER needs to learn anything
