When insert audio cd into device dev/dvd the cd wants to auto run, KsCD pos up, but no go after that. Press the play button. Put the disc into dev/dvdrecorder and KsCD plays the cd no probs.
How do I get the dvd-rom at dev/dvd to work, I have configured it in Yast2, I have chosen it in KsCD to play the cd but no go. When I did that I was unable to play a cd in dev/dvdrecorder as well, so I switched it back to how it was before. So it seems that suse will only handle one optical drive
How do I fix this ? I find this very user unfriendly as it works straight away in windows, the developers need to make things easy to use if they want more people using linux.
I quite like suse, but find it difficult to use.
