OpenSuSE 10.2 + Tuner KWorld ( 878 )= No sound!!! Any ideea?
As I always said... I have a big problem! Sorry for my English, I try to make myself understood... anyway that's my hardware: CPU AMD Barton 2500+ ( oc to 3200 ),512 mb ram ( dual channel ), ATI Radeon 9600 Pro, Sound C-Media PCI CMI8738-MC6, tuner KWorld bt878 and MB Gigabyte 7n400 with NForce2 Ultra 400 chipset. The Operation System is OpenSuSE 10.2 with default kernel ( 2.6.18 ) and my problem is the tuner sound... I don't hear anything when I turn up the tuner. In alsa, all seams ok; the sound is on line in but...nothing!!!
I used NovellSuSE 10.1 and the sound worked well, with the same sound settings... so I don't understand what's wrong. If anybody can help me, I will thank you anticipated.
