where I can find online update files that I've already dowloaded? (I don't check "remove source packages after installation")
and can I use it to update again?

I am not sure, because I delete them always, but try:
/var/lib/YaST2/you/mnt/i386/update/9.1/rpm/i586

The application SuSE Watcher gives a list of all servers/mirrors available for downloading from.
Also, you can check the boxes for Manually Select Patches andReload All Patches from Server. This should give you the complete list of available patches and the opportunity to download them again.

They are stored there as rpm? Then you should be able to install them as usual via YaST.
