oaf.pc

I'm trying to use rpmbuild but get this message

Warning: The "pkg-config" program produces errors. This often causes
detection of the various GTK libraries to malfunction.
The errors are:

> Package oaf was not found in the pkg-config search path.
> Perhaps you should add the directory containing `oaf.pc'
> to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
> Package 'oaf', required by 'gconf', not found

Actually, the package is there
rpm -qa | grep oaf <
oaf-0.6.10-431
oaf-devel-0.6.10-431

I received a similar error for gal-2.0.pc put noticed I didn't have the applicable -devel package installed. Once it was installed that matter was resolved. In this case I do have the -devel package installed. I've done a full filesystem search for oaf.pc but no luck. I'm running SuSE Professional 9.1. Does anyone know where this file (oaf.pc) can be installed from?

Regards,
Brad McNeely
