No sound in Kaffeine !

Hey,
I just installed SuSE 10.
I have sound in Amarok but not in Kaffeine.
I tried to change the output options from auto to alsa but it didn't change a thing...
What shall I do ?

Do other KDE apps have sound? Try testing the sound in the Control Center.

Also, try setting it to aRTs instead of ALSA. If that doesn't work, try OSS also.

Maybe you are trying to play an mp3 file, if this is the problem Suse 10 comes with no support to mp3, divx, mpeg, etc (any copyrighted format).
So remove your libxine using yast (it will ask you to remove amarok and kaffeine too, just ignore the warning), go to Xine's website, download the new rpm (and the package libdvdcss to play dvd's too) and be happy!
