No permission to execute osc undelete after osc rdelete --recursive

I am using osc for Open Build Service (OBS) on OpenSUSE 12.1.

I accidentally delete some important files using

Code:
 osc rdelete --recursive
While it let me do that, when I tried to undelete the files I got the following.

Code:
linux-t124:/home/peter # osc undelete home:program:version
Gkr-Message: couldn't connect to dbus session bus: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.
Server returned an error: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden
no permission to execute command 'undelete'
 linux-t124:/home/peter #
Any assistance in recovering these files would be most appreciated.

Peter.
