no gui for normal/root user..

i'm using SuSe Professional 9.1
During installation i created a normal user & assign
it permission of auto login during the instalation
setup.after installation for few time i get the KDE
desktop without entering password. But now after
booting i get the login window & it ask for password
for that
normal user & when i enter the password the screen
flashes & again take me back to the login window. This
process take place again & again i cannot get into KDE
graphical desktop window.for the normal user.But i
easily get the root kde gui after entering root &
passwd for the same.i can also easily get the user &
root prompt on text console.
someone said "These problems occur normally if you
didn't close applications or processes properly on
your previous login. You can resolve the problem by
simply removing (or renaming) .kde and .kde2 folders
from user's home directory. If that user is unablet to

login as any other windows or desktop manager as well,
then .xinitrc folder or file need to be removed (or
renamed). "
So,i even remove the .kde dir from my home dir..
but nothing happens. i even try to remove auto-login
but that also doen't helped. This problem occuring
on every re-install & i do close each & every
applications before logging out.then why such problem
arises again & again.
some said "Once you login from the root, please try to
remove autologin from the control center->login screen
setup. and try it out. If that is also not working
then there may be some problem with the files of your
local user. It might have got corrupted due to some
reason. And please try to create another user(sample)
and try it out with that login and all other processes
of working with that and see, if all is well then your

original firt user's files might have got corrupted.
Try to delete that user and create the same again and
do it. Do not forget to delete the group also.
Just try to remove certain files and dirs from your
home/<username> which are used by xserver. And try to
do it. It may resolve you problem. You can remove
.ICEauthority
.xsession-errors
.xtalkrc
.sversionrc
.xinitrc.template
.fonts and other .font......... files
.kderc
.kermrc
.kde

I try to remove certain files & dirs. from the user's
home dir..ok.
but when i restarted my system this afternoon (it
sounds crazy but yes) now i cannot get into root gui
window which i can get previously..
i don't know what's going wrong..i even downloads the
necessary patches from YOU(during root gui sessions)
but nothing seems to work...as i told re-installations
also doesn't help the problem arise again.
the user assigned the uid as 1000 & group id as 100 by
the system during installation ..is there some
problem?or there is some problem with the entire 9.1
pack i bought

pls help me with this.

thankx.
