Network change, restart proxy

Hello

I use privoxy as a filter, it installed and runs fine except when I change networks.

This is on OpenSuse Leap 15 with privoxy 3.0.26-lp150.1.4

Boot up, connect to [wifi network A], privoxy is no problem. But, disconnect from [wifi network A] and connect to [wifi network B] then I have to manually restart privoxy from the CLI or Yast (systemctl restart privoxy).

How do I start tackling this? The easiest approach in my mind is to automatically restart privoxy on network change, but how? I'm new to Suse and it's all change for me.

Thanks.
