Ndiswrapper


i have encountered some problems using this module, well in fact i think this thing works but when i try to connect to the AP it does not appear in the AP address field this the output of some commands:

It looks like ndiswrapper is doing its thing OK as the scan is seeing several APs (look after each ESSID=). You need to tell your machine which one of them to connect to, and if it's one with encryption turned on, you need to set the encryption on your end. You can use Kwifimanager to do this if you have it, otherwise I'm pretty sure you can do it with the command line, though I don't remember how to do it that way. If you need to connect with WPA, I believe you need to use wpa_supplicant. If it's only WEP, I think you can do it with kwifimanager or just a command line.
