Multi-boot setup required on a Unified Extensible Firmware Interface system

This is my first post.

On building a new system I have encountered a problem in that the new motherboard incorporates a UEFI mechanism for booting etc. I am not familiar with this new technology but have read a lot about it lately regarding the problem of multi-booting.

On my previous system I had two installations of Windows 7 Ultimate and one installation of SUSE 11.3 booting up under the latter's GRUB boot loader. On this system if one Windows 7 installation booted the other Windows 7 installation's partitions were hidden and made inactive where appropriate. I require this setup for my new system.

The new motherboard is an ASUS P8P67 Deluxe which has connected*:
1 SSD which has two partitions holding an installation of Windows 7 Ultimate taking up half the available space.
1 SSD which has two partitions holding an installation of Windows 7 Ultimate taking up all the available space.
1 3TB hard-disk which has one ~1TB partion setup for use by the first SSD's Windows 7 installation.

*However, at present the system has the second SSD disconnected.

The requirement is to have SUSE 11.4 installed on the first SSD in its remaining space and, if possible, to use its boot mechanism to enable the user to select between the 2 Windows installations and SUSE whereby if a Windows installation is selected the other Windows installation's partitions are inactivated and hidden.

Now, I have read quite a lot on (U)EFI and searched numerous articles / posts on linux forums regarding this problem but have not found any clear procedure for doing this.

If anyone could present a clear, orderly, step-by-step instruction to achieve the stated requirement I (and I suspect many others) would be relieved to say the least.

Many thanks

Sam
