Mounting a firefire, HSF+ Volume on OpenSuSE

Hi,

I'm running OpenSuSe 10.2 and everything is working fine. I can mount USB flash drives. However, when I plug in my FireWire hard drive I get the error, "hal-storage-removeable-mount-all-options refused uid 1000"

I have installed hfsplusutils, libraw1394, and hfsutils. I also changed my UID to 1000 and I have tried mounting the drive as root, no luck. The drive is visable and OpenSuSe is aware of its HFS+ format, it's just mounting/reading the files.

I had no problems accessing the drive when I was running Ubuntu a few weeks ago on the same box. How do I get OpenSuSe up to speed. What must I do?

Thanks,
Meb495
