I would say... right click on an application on the menu-bar and choose minimize all windows.

I suppose you could make a script for it. open editor, find kde code needed in terminal for minimize and send it through terminal. save file, change permissions. then you can double click to minimize all the windows.

Just seems like un-needed keystrokes to me.

Well, I am just used to being able to operate the keyboard like a piano with shortcuts. I think minimize all is up there in the top 100 shortcuts to increase desktop efficiency!
