Midi problem in Firefox (Suse 9.3 Pro)

I don't have this problem with any other distro or with XP. But depending on the midi file it plays it at a different volume setting. I looked a kmix and also at the alsa-mixer but I don't see a setting specifically for midi. My other though is maybe it has something to do with the Plug-in that Suse uses for Firefox. Anyone have any ideas? And... PCM and the other volumes are at the correct setting, as far as I can see. I have tried both a Sound Blaster Live and the onboard AC/97 sound card with the same results.

Thanks.

Never mind. I seemed to have done something right playing around with the settings. Dumb luck fixed the problem, lol.
