Unhappy Memory problem when booting from 9.2 Live DVD

Hello,

I am a complete Linux newbie hence I am trying to run the Live DVD edition of SUSE Pro 9.2, I managed to download and burn the ISO file just fine but then when booting I get the following message with the only option to reboot:

Sorry but SUSE Linux 9.2 live CD needs at least 256MB main memory

My machine has 768MB of memory and so am stumped as to what to do next.

My PC is a 1999 Dell Dimension XPSR450 upgraded to 1.4Ghz and with 3 x 256MB of PC 100 RAM on a 440BX mobo.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

TIA

If the memory isn't recognized by suse try to type at boot prompt "MEM=768M" (without quotes)
