Marked vowels and Opera 8.5
 

I can't any type of marked vowels on opera and i need them because are basic on my native language. I am using SuSE 9.3, Opera 8.5 and qt3-3.3.4-29. I have the correct keyboard settings in KDE, ie. all others applications work fine. All my marked wowels come out like this ´o, ´i, ´a instead of ó, í, and á.
Any help is appreciated as this problem has me stumped and I would really like to use this excellent browser.

Would help if you could say exactly which language are you talking.

Icelandic (IS)

(Sorry, I really thought that latin languages were the only ones that used marks :P)

Well, all iceland language packages are working fine? (kde, yast, anyone else you think about?)
Besides, is your keyboard an icelandic or a standard us?

Everything is working fine and yes my keyboard is Iclandic

My language also uses marks (brazilian portuguese) and Opera works fine for me.

Yes it is wery weird, Opera is the only program on my syste thet seems to have this problem?
