Making an init script interactive

Hi,

How do i make my init scripts in /etc/init.d/ interactive? The fle /etc/init.d/.depend.start has the "INTERACTIVE" line which I could add the name of the script but the problem is that file is automatically generated and my changes will be lost. What file should i write so that when .depend.start file is generated it will include my script in the INTERACTIVE line.

Thanks.
Val

What exactly are you trying to do?

You really shouldn't make anything in init.d interactive. You should copy the script and edit it in your home directory.
