Local YOU Server with 9.3 Pro

I'm trying to setup a local YOU server. To do so, I've been trying to rsync several of the update tree on the various Suse mirrors with no luck. When I look at the possible rsync modules for each server, Suse is never listed as a "rsync-able".

Is this the norm? Is there some type of restriction against rsyncing to the update servers? Has anyone else gotten this to work without using the Yast module from the SLES beta? I'd hate to have to download all the CD just to steal the you-server module.

Thanks,
