kppp included???

i have a dual boot setup for someone. i got the modem and everything to work. however i find the kppp is a very easy to use dial program. however going to run, or to bash gives a command not found type error for kppp. yes i have tried all cases and such.
does suse 9.1 personal just not include this program?

if that is the case what file(s) do i need to download.

suse uses kinternet.

in 9, you configure it in YAST...so it's probably the same for 9.1, under network devices.
