KDE Menu Missing Lots of Stuff

I just installed 10.3 this morning, replacing a Kubuntu install that had begun to act up. Anyway, this is my first foray into suseland, and I was wondering why my dang Kmenu doesn't have anything in the Internet, Graphics, or Utilities sections. And also why I don't even have a multimedia section. I know that I could go in and put it all there by hand, but that might take a while. Is there a package that will set the menu to some kind of usable default? I'd just like to have stuff like kate, kcalc, ark, etc in Utilities and maybe Knetworkmanager, xchat, firefox, thunderbird in Internet. You get the idea. Any help is appreciated.

You probably haven't installed them. My menu includes anything I have installed.

Nope, it's definitely all installed. I even tried updating the packages in yast to see if that would put an entry in the menu - no dice. Any other ideas?

You installed it from DVD? You checked all repos in YAST?
