That is because you didn't attempt to install the broken python package, which, in my testing I decided to do, which broke my Aero AIO them in SK, along with my hplips
Originally posted by p0z3r SK has no requirements or dependencies on kde's python bindings or PyQt. I believe that the Aero has a config dialog that is based on PyQt, so that may be where you are getting mixed up. SK only _requires_ python and it's headers/libs be installed. An optional requirement is having xmms-ctrl which I believe is in the xmms-devel packages.
In fact I personally don't have the kde bindings installed on my system, and I build kde from source with an alternate kdm login session that separates out my kde settings between 3.4 and 3.5. So unfortunately I can't help you in regards to installing the kdebindings3-* packages.
You are correct, it is the Aero AIO package that requires PyQt and Liquid Weather does not require them, but recommends because the configuration is more in depth with the PyQt stuff installed.
As for the KDE Bindings package the code is good, it is the SuSE package that is broken, and I have contacted Novell to fix their end.
I can't seem to locate superkaramba on Suse 10 using KDE 3.5. Any pointers to which package I should linstall or where to look for it. (couldn't find it via the search function in yast). Cheers.
Edit: My update to kde 3.5 didn't upgrade kdeutils which apparently contains Superkaramba.
that should work ok just put it in the installation source in yast2 control center then go into "install and remove"---> view by selection---->under one of the menus select all in this list--> upgrade if newer version avalible

You're right, it is in kdeutils. Once installed it should appear under Utilities in your kmenu either under More Programs or Desktop.
