Kaffeine keeps loading!! GRRRRR help
 

Everytime i log on to SUSE that damn kaffiene Video player loads up...HOW I STOP IT??? its annoying....

where do i go to control programs that start at logon or whatever??

I found two ways to fix this.
1) in a shell session. "ps -e" find any instances of Kaffiene running and kill it.
2) I'm using KDE.
kde control center<kde components<session manager< Choose: start with an empty session (instead of restore previous session)

Is the kaffeine icon in your taskbar at the bottom right of your desktop? If it is, right click it and select quit. This will stop kaffeine from starting up everytime you start kde.

I tried this initially and did not have any success stopping kaffeine from loading at the startup.
However it looks like there are three possible answers to this issue.

Thanks guys, it stop loading by it self for some reason lol, but now i know what to do if it happens again:)

yeah, It started doing it to me yesterday I think.
