Unhappy iscsi-lio-target configurations gone after reboots in yast

Hi Everyone,
I have been able to successfully setup iscsi on an opensuse 42.1 server. I set it up just like this thread. It has worked great, except when the server reboots. All the LUN and initiator info in the yast iscsi-lio-target config for the Target is missing, and the other hosts can not see it anymore. The LVM partitions are still there, so when I try to recreate the targets, it fails. I have no idea why the config disappears after the reboots. It is most frustrating. I am unable to find anything online relating to it. I have attached a screenshot for lun error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
