Is the Epson CX-6600 compatible with SUSE

I looked at SUSE linux's hardware database and it lists the Epson CX-6600, I just migrated to linux and it just so happens that I have a lexmark printer that is not compatible with linux so I am thinking about buying an Epson CX-6600,

When SUSE says that it supports the CX-6600 does it mean that all current distributions do like 9.1 onward or just the new release SUSE 9.3?

can someone please help me on this?

I looked at and didn't find this particular model. However, other CX series printer are well supported and I think that Epson is generally a good choice when it comes to Linux compatibility.
