Installing OpenSuse from a USB External Hard Drive
 
Is it possible to install OpenSuse from a USB exteral hard drive? I don't want it to be actually installed on the external hard drive, but just save the ISOs to it and then boot the computer and start installing OpenSuse. If it isn't possible, are there any other distros with which that is easier to do?

I have tried - and for me at least, sadly it appears to be impossible.
