In YAST2 control center I can not open any folder
 
After upgrading kernel in my SuSE 10.2, I cant open any folder in YAST2 Control Center (install/remove, Software, Network devices etc).
Any help appreciated.

Can you launch it from a root shell and tell us what the error messages are?

I had to reinstall the system. But there were no messages. It simply did not open when i click on icon. Now it is working. I have not upgraded the kernel yet.

To be honest I am not sure. But I think I did.

Prelink has bugs in opensuse, it's very likely your problem was caused by it.

Thanks auxsvr. I will have this in mind next time it happens. But I have another problem now with KMail (KontrolCenter). See my next thread.
