Icon pack

I have a icon set that i want to install/use. Where do i put the files/folders to use these new icons and where do i "activate" them? I want to try the glass-icons from http://www.gnome-look.org/content/sh...?content=32146
I have put this in /opt/gnome/share/icons but dont know where to turn
them on? There aren't any install/activate instructions with the
files/folders. I would appreciate any help.

There should be an entry somewhere in the openSUSE GNOME menu for you to configure themes. The theme manager has an option to install new themes by pointing it to the location where the archive containing your theme is stored or by dragging the archive and dropping it into the theme installer.

I've just tried the glass icon theme on my system and it works fine using the theme installer, so I am not sure why you get that error. You need to make sure that the tarball is not corrupt and that you are dragging and dropping the tarball without extracting the contents first.

Yep, the download was corrupt. Re-downloaded and all is well. Thank you
