IBM NetXtreme BCM5751F Ethernet card not found

Hi Guys..

On my new IBM machine, Suse 9.3 can't start the network card bundled with the PC. In Yast it pics it up as a 'IBM NetXtreme BCM5751F Fast Ethernet PCI Express' card, and it is configured. But when I try to start the network as root, only the loopback is available when I do a 'ifconfig'. It seems that the network card does not get started.

Any ideas?
