Question How to install openSuse from hard drive?

hello. my machine is running WinXP, my ISO is extracted into my HD partition, the format of which is ntfs. and I know grub. so I need a vmlinuz as well as a initrd file to boot. I see the ~xen like files in the ISO, also many .xz file under the image dir. how should I do? Is it supposed to be installed from the image files that burn into flash disks?
