How do we get the changelog of a particular rpm in net?

Hi all,
I am searching for the changes between an older version versus a newer version of RPM. Is there any way to find the changelog of the RPM in the net?
Does anybody know a site for the same. Please help

if you have the proper url of the rpm, you can probably run:

rpm -qp --changelog http://www.where.ever.net/blah/file.rpm
