hi , guys, Well, i have a very minor problem. I have been accessing internet through my GPRS Enabled Sony Ericsson P-800 phone. I connect my Cell phone with my Laptop through USB-Bluetooth Dongle. Well, my connection established very successfully , and data come on fairly good speed. But i don't know where can see the graph of my incoming and outgoing bytes.

Since there is a very small utility known as - "monitor lights"-, in Linux to view the status of the Internet connection including incoming as well as outgoing bytes. But it shows nothing since my connection is GPRS. It works only for dial up modem.

So please any expert can quote me how can i see the status of my GPRS connection.

Try a utility Gkrellm which provides lots of information regarding your computer. That also provides the option of monitoring network interfaces (probably ppp0 in your case - use /sbin/ifconfig to find out).
