Help! My SuSE 10 doesnt reboot

Hi all , i m new here

I installed Linux Suse 10 GM/OSS on my HPnx6110 laptop but when i want to reboot , it start to, then hang just before the end , so the only way to stop the laptop is by using the On/Off switch 5 sec.

Note that when I want to shutdown from Suse desktop ,its ok.

Its just the "reboot" that is a problem

As anyone have a clue to solve my"reboot" problem ????

Hello!

Go to konsole and login as "root".

Then enter the command "reboot" or "init 6".
