Gnome

SuSE 10.0

I have installed both Gnome and KDE.

When I log in to Gnome and try to open "File Manager Super User Mode" it does not open.
I think I know why.
When I am prompt for password the path show "Konqueror \ --profile \ filemanagement".
So I guess it tries to open with Konqueror instead of Nautilus.
How do I fix this?

Second the screen size is a bit of in Gnome (the icons glide out of sight on the left of the screen).
Is there a way I can resize the desktop picture just like you can in KDE? "Fit Screen" I think.
