Error message: Failed to connect to download.videolan.org port 80: Network is unreachable

HI guys,
the problem is that i can not update from opensuse official website.or videolan:http://download.videolan.org/pub/vlc/SuSE/Leap_42.1/
or some other opensuse leap source list.
why?

The site might be down. Currently though, I get access.
Your name resolution might not work. Can you access google.com?
Your internet connection might not work. Can you access 8.8.8.8?
The network configuration on your computer might be wrong. Can you access your router or any other box on your home network?
Your network cable might not be plugged in. Your Wifi connection might be broken.

To test access, a simple ping is sufficient.

how & what are you trying to upgrade?
where's that error message from?
