Evolution exporting

Hi all,
Was wondering. i know there is no icon which i can just click and export the mail and contacts from evolution into a format which outlook and pick up on.

i was told that i must search for the .mbox & contacts which are stored as vcards.

my query comes as such.
1) How does one export instead of copy the files.
2) The file format that the files are. can they be directly imported into outlook?
