Exclamation error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.4:

Hello all,

I would like to start snmpd but I receive this answer:

>/usr/local/sbin/snmpd
/usr/local/sbin/snmpd: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

>ldconfig -p | grep crypto
libk5crypto.so.3 (libc6) => /usr/lib/libk5crypto.so.3
libcrypto.so.0.9.8 (libc6) => /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.8

>cat /etc/*-release
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (i586)

>openssl version
OpenSSL 0.9.8j-fips 07 Jan 2009

How can I upload missing libraries?

My openssl is 1.10h of 27 Mar 2018. Yours are badly outdated. You've built your own snmpd too. You should upgrade everything, available wherever SUSE is.
