Dual Booting Suse And Windows XP

I have SUSE 9.1 Professional installed on a IDE HD, and i have Wincows XP installed on a SATA HD. Windows was installed first, and SuSe was installed second. Suse's boot loader caught the partition, and it is being mounted, and is accessible in Suse. When i try to load into windows from the Grub menu i get the following error, and would like to know if anyone knows how to fix this.

root (hd1,0)
Filesystem type unkown, partition type 0X7
Chainloader +1

I would appreciate any comments that anyone has

I had exactly the same problem. I booting into SuSE from the GRUB menu and then changed the Bootloader configuration to make sure the boot order was SATA (Windows) and then IDE (SuSE 9.1 Pro) after that I just made sure that the partition was active and then and rebooted.

If you still have problems i would check your BIOS boot order.

Ive only started using Linux last week myself so good luck!
