Dual boot suse and mandriva

i got a 60GB HDD, is i split it into 2,
wanna dual boot suse and mandriva, which OS shall i install first ?

Try Mandriva first then Suse as I think Suse plays well with other distros and will detect it and set up your MBR corerectly. But to be on the safe side after you install Mandriva printout the menu.lst or lilo.conf file so you can add the Mandriva bits into Suse. Try that
