It comes with VNC (Virtual Network Computing). Check out http://www.realvnc.com to see if it meets your needs. ssh might also meet your needs.

Yes, Suse 10 comes with a VPN server. What is your goal? Is it a point of entry/authentication for your network, or do you just want to access your own box? If it's to access only the one machine then SSH and/or VNC may be the better choice for you.

I haven't done a Linux -> Microsoft VPN connection but will be in the near future. When I do I will be writing up a HowTo
