divx support Hi.


Hi do u know how to add divx and xvid support to suse 9.2? Kaffeine as well as xine dont support divx ... What should i do? I have installed the xine-lib package but still the problem exists....

Try the packages from http://packman.links2linux.org/
You may also need to install their Xine-lib (de-install the SUSE version first).
Kaffeine is just a GUI for Xine. You may want to try mplayer (I think all the codecs are compiled into mplayer).

From what I see, the packages are still available on packman. Check the link!

they also give a link to the css file for derypting dvds.

Mplayer has never worked for me. it just won't work.
