DHCP offer only each 2nd boot

Hi,

i installed suse 9.0 today.
I have somethine strange happening here.

When the pc (cold)boots i don't get an ip from my dhcp-server. When i login from the terminal and issue a reboot than i receive an ip and everything works fine.

Anyone got an idea?
