chroot ftpd

Hi all

i have the ftp server setup but i want to chroot users into a single location. I created the jail and the users. But when i log in i keep getting connection closed. i know when i use sftp you are actually using ssh2. I am using Suse Linux 9.3 and installed bsdftpd-ssl as ftp server. My certificates are all setup.

Any help with this would be great.
