Cant get .wmv files to work

I am using SuSe9.3 with KDE 3.4

I have the codecs (rpm's) that used to work on the SuSe 9.1

but on the 9.3, I cant install them as it asks for a library named libFlac

I installed the apt and tried to search for this library but in vain

I dont know what to do, I am really depressed coz I cant get any video to work as they are all .wmv

here are my sources in the sources.list:

rpm ftp://ftp.uni-erlangen.de/pub/Linux/MIRROR.suse/apt/ SuSE/9.3-i586 base
rpm ftp://ftp.uni-erlangen.de/pub/Linux/MIRROR.suse/apt/ SuSE/9.3-i586 secutiry
rpm ftp://ftp.uni-erlangen.de/pub/Linux/MIRROR.suse/apt/ SuSE/9.3-i586 security-prpm
rpm ftp://ftp.uni-erlangen.de/pub/Linux/MIRROR.suse/apt/ SuSE/9.3-i586 updates
rpm ftp://ftp.uni-erlangen.de/pub/Linux/MIRROR.suse/apt/ SuSE/9.3-i586 updates-prpm

waiting for any help

Thx in advance

First i'm not using SuSe, i use / MPlayer, you should read the documentation because it's not easy to install, BTW don't forget to download and the codecs, it won't work otherwise. :)
Cheers.

the best way to install the needed codecs is to download the codecs archive from the official Mplayer site, unpack the archive to /usr/lib/win32 (you need to be root) and then install mplayer for suse from this site which contains mplayer rpms for all suse versions. this is how i made it work for me
