Cannot boot after converting ntfs into fat32

I decided to convert my D drive (by windows classificstion) from ntfs into fat32. Before I had a small logical disk E on this drive. So I merged it with D. But now I cannot boot in Linux. It says something like "reiserfs superblock cannot be found" signal 6 etc. I tried to repair it using SuSE CD, however, while it finds errors and repairs them, nothing happens. It has already happened to me before and then I could not find anything better than reinstall SuSE completely. I'd like to avoid it now. Could anyome help?

Please look at your /etc/fstab file and see if it still ok. Especially, if you deleted a partition, the numbering may have changed (e.g. hda4 might now be hda3 if hda3 got deleted).
Post your /etc/fstab if in doubt.

Well, I found it faster to re-install SuSE from scratch, taking into account that with some more experience I did it better. Thanks anyway.
